ALL National orders from our warehouse each weekday Morning.
You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
Our expected delivery times chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.

Shipping within Australia is based on overall parcel weight and destination.
Shipping to New Zealand is based on overall parcel weight and destination

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. The Sunset Co will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.

Delivery times are dependant on third party suppliers Australia Post. Factors outside of The Sunset Co's control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.
